Catering questions, answered
How far in advance should I order for a large group?
The more notice the better for large groups and weekend dates. Available dates and times for your closest location are shown when you start your order, and our catering team can help if you need something sooner.
What is the minimum order?
Delivery orders start at $50. There is no minimum on pickup orders, so smaller groups can still order catering and pick it up at their closest location.
Can you accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions?
Tell us what your group needs and we will do our best to help. Please tell us about food allergies when you order. Our cookies and treats are baked on shared surfaces and equipment, so we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of allergens.
Where can I find nutrition and allergen information?

Do you deliver, or is it pickup only?
Both are available at participating locations. Delivery availability, timing and any fees are shown for your store during checkout.
How do I apply my organization’s tax exempt status?
Email a copy of your tax exempt certificate to catering@craveworthybrands.com. We will apply it to your order and add it to your customer profile, so your exemption is applied automatically every time you order with us going forward.
Can I cancel or change my order?
For orders placed in advance, cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled order are eligible for a 50% refund. Same-day orders cannot be refunded, since our teams begin preparing your order as soon as it comes in. If you need to change a headcount or a time rather than cancel, get in touch as early as you can and we will do everything we can to help.
Can I get an itemized receipt or invoice for a business event?
Yes. Catering orders include itemized receipts, which is usually what expense and procurement teams need.
